The managerial conception of Fradiavolo is credited to Mauro D’Errico and Gianluca Lotta, who assumed control of the brand in 2018.
The initial opening of Fradiavolo in Genoa was the first step to achieving its great success. Within two years, Fradiavolo has created a novel method of making pizza, leading to its recognition in 2021 as one of the world’s top twenty pizza chains in the ’50 Top Pizza’ ranking.
In 2022, joining GIOIA Group was paramount for brand progress, elevating the store count from 8 to 18.
