In November 2025, Milan welcomed Futura, a new concept devoted to contemporary Roman pizza.

Located in the heart of the Isola district, Futura represents for Luca Pezzetta and the Gioia Group a natural stop where to rewrite the history of true Roman pizza: a place that brings Milan its idea of pizza, made of research, identity, and conviviality, but with a soul of its own.

A neighborhood pizzeria designed to be cozy, everyday and authentic, where you can find the same attention to flour, fermentation and seasonality that distinguishes Pezzetta’s work.

With Futura, we export the idea of “contemporary romanità” to the Milanese context, combining the technique and attention to detail that have made Luca one of the leading figures of the new generation of Italian pizza makers.
