History

In November 2025, Milan welcomed Futura, a new concept devoted to contemporary Roman pizza.

Located in the heart of the Isola district, Futura represents for Luca Pezzetta and the Gioia Group a natural stop where to rewrite the history of true Roman pizza: a place that brings Milan its idea of pizza, made of research, identity, and conviviality, but with a soul of its own.

A neighborhood pizzeria designed to be cozy, everyday and authentic, where you can find the same attention to flour, fermentation and seasonality that distinguishes Pezzetta’s work.

With Futura, we export the idea of “contemporary romanità” to the Milanese context, combining the technique and attention to detail that have made Luca one of the leading figures of the new generation of Italian pizza makers.

History

The managerial conception of Fradiavolo is credited to Mauro D’Errico and Gianluca Lotta, who assumed control of the brand in 2018.

The initial opening of Fradiavolo in Genoa was the first step to achieving its great success. Within two years, Fradiavolo has created a novel method of making pizza, leading to its recognition in 2021 as one of the world’s top twenty pizza chains in the ’50 Top Pizza’ ranking.
In 2022, joining GIOIA Group was paramount for brand progress, elevating the store count from 8 to 18.

Maintaining the Made In Italy concept, Fradiavolo has revolutionized the pizza-making process, establishing a new standardized production system that both simplifies and increases the quality of work, while simultaneously improving the speed of production.

Bun’s philosophy is all about the concept of BUNBelievable: this world, its people, and the little things are all unbelievable.

Bun’s menu is fully convertible to a vegetarian version, allowing to have a BUNbelievable experience to those who choose to not eating animal products. By using Beyond Meat you can get the same flavor and texture as the animal-based version.

Bun has enhanced its menu with a variety of fried items including chicken, plant-based nuggets and three types of fries to go with its burgers.

It also has a menu specifically for dog owners, the Bau Bun, a completely pet-friendly selection that matches the brand’s inclusive attitude.

Established in 2009 by the Ferrieri family, Cioccolatitaliani has developed the craft of Chocology, which blends together chocolate, ice cream, coffee and pastries.

The iconic “fountains of happiness” are the core of the concept, and in 2011 a replica was built for the opening of a second store in the Duomo area.

The brand, traditionally a synonim with tradition, creativity and made-in-Italy, is conceived as an experience of pure flavour, a moment of sharing and joy for our customers.

In 2013, Cioccolatitaliani started to venture into foreign countries by entering the Saudi Arabian market.
