JB BURGER was born from the partnership between Joe Bastianich and Bun Burgers,
, the first Italian chain specializing in smash burgers.
The goal is ambitious: to bring culinary culture to the world of fast food
by offering the best smash burger on the market.
A contemporary diner atmosphere and an identity shaped by music, imagery, and references to American culture, featuring elements of the American imagination, photographs, and memorabilia tied to Bastianich’s personal history. A sort of journey through the United States as seen through the eyes of Restaurant Man: less formality, more atmosphere, and a burger that aims to be simple but done just right.
